The Dereham 10 Mile

The 10 Mile race starts at Dereham Neatherd High School, Norwich Road, Dereham, NR20 3AX, and then heads out into beautiful countryside along quiet roads to return to school for the finish. The route is predominately flat with some gentle undulations.
RACE INFORMATION
Entrants must be a minimum age of 17 on race day.
No devices with headphones or earbuds, including bone conduction headphones, may be worn while racing.
Race Medals to all finishers.

Sportlink's video gait analysis uses a treadmill and Dartfish Digital Video Analysis software, which enables us to capture video and replay it in slow motion, as well as giving us the facility to measure angles and synchronise video clips side by side.
This helps us to analyse differences in gait patterns between running with old or unsuitable footwear, and new footwear suited to your biomechanical needs.
