Parkrun 7th March 2020

Jo breaks 20 minutes in a magnificent run and Steve proves Men can multi-task.

Jo Isbill clocked under twenty minutes for a parkrun on Saturday. Jo ran at the Walks, King’s Lynn and recorded her best ever parkrun time of 19:53.

Steve Walker running the Pontypool parkrun in his native South Wales achieved a remarkable feat. Breathing in the Welsh air, Steve was able to produce a top time of 19:53 (exactly the same time as Jo did at King’s Lynn) and finish in third place. He then presumably had a couple of deep breaths and then picked up a scanner and proceeded to scan the barcodes and finishing tokens of the runners who followed him home.
