With Storm Ciara last weekend and Storm Dennis this weekend causing havoc with running events being cancelled/postponed it was up to each individual runner whether they chose to run at a event which went ahead.
Last weekend Peter Swales took on the fast flat Tatton Park 10k and posted a great time of 48.30 well done Peter.
Callum Bowen-jones posted a fantastic new 5k PB at the Armagh 5k an amazing time of 14.43 brilliant running by Callum all that hard work is now paying off.
At the annual Valentines 10k an early morning course inspection meant the race was given the go ahead with the wind slightly dying down and the expected rain holding off the potential for a PB could be achieved.
Gill Woodhouse 57.58 took second place in her respected age category.
Emma Potter-Campbell 48.30 took 3rd place in her respected age category.
Steve Walker 39.07,Peter Swales 46.23,Neil Anderton 49.45,Debs Last 50.12,Robert Last 50.16,A Middleton 51.41 and Phil Wakefield 52.06 all posted 10k PB’s great running by you all.
