Virtual Dereham 5K
The 10th Dereham 5k event will be Virtual and held on Sunday 23rd August 2020.

The 5k can be completed any time between 7am to 7pm on this day only.
You can run or walk the 5k and on the route of your choice (no treadmill run/time will be accepted).
Entry fee of £5 includes an event memento which will be posted out after the event, any profits will be donated to our 'Charity of the Year’ which is Mid Norfolk Foodbank.
Once you have completed your run/walk simply log back into the Total Race Timing website and manually put in your finishing time along with a link to your Strava or Garmin if you wish.
Please complete your 5k in accordance with current social distancing rules in a responsible and safe way.
Open to ages 14 and over. Open to club members and the public.
All entrants complete the 5k at their own risk.
Entries are non-refundable and non-transferable.
